If I want to integrate an NDA with my product..

I have a product I am about to release. I need my customers to sign an NDA to access the information. How should i include the NDA in the flow? The product will be hosted on clickbank.

    Just food for thought: An NDA can be difficult to enforce - location of the parties, proving who leaked the information etc. And, then ask yourself if asking someone to sign an NDA disrupts your purchase cyle, and whether that disruption is worth the difficult to enforce piece of paper.

    I don't know your business and I'm not saying an NDA isn't worth it. I'm just giving you pause to think whether you really gain anything from it versus what you may lose from it (scaring people away).
