Selling Reports

Find out where your targeted audience hangs out and introduce them to your website and your products. You can create a wso on the warrior forum, or market your products through other sites where people are interested in what you have to sell.

Instead of asking others how they sell their reports, you would learn a lot more by just trying out different things and finding out what works for you.

If you really want to do what someone else is doing then join a coaching program or a mastermind of some sort.

Mail list owners in your niche directly and offer them a 50/50 JV. Depending on your niche you might get some solid results.

There are two basic types of reports on making money.
1) Comes from experience of actually doing it.
2) From the perspective of a researcher, writer or reporter.

Both can be created, however, if you have experience...it is easier to convert to a course, a membership site or an email list of ongoing shared experiences.

Start by offering a FREE report, offer a Beta test or a Review Copy. Once you have a report, you can use your signature file here and at other forums to promote it.

Or, even post a thread on the topic if it contains useful information and put a link in the post.

You can use the FREE report to sell other things within the report or you can use it to build a list of people interested in the subject matter.

To get started on the Cheap, use Open Office to write it, export it to a pdf file, put it into dropbox, link to the report. All things FREE.

Even the cheapest web host has email or use something like MailChimp to get started building your list. Once you have several reports, you can convert them into a larger report or when you have several, a subscription service.

Reports are one of the quickest and easiest ways to start your money making IM empire.
