Cheap art prints and frames

I'm looking to sell my digital designs in the form of prints similar to the website feel creative.com

The problem I have is finding somewhere in the UK that I can get the designs printed for a good price and also where to get cheap frames from.

I've searched many many hours on the net but there are so many different types of papers and finishes to choose from I just haven't got a clue where to begin.

Does anyone have experience in this kind of business that would be willing to give me some advice?

      I've had good luck ordering art supplies from this company in the past; but whether the shipping to the UK makes it prohibitive, I don't know. They have sales all the time so maybe that's the "when" to buy what you need.
