Multiple Twitter accounts

I have them and can't say good or bad. The only thing I see, that with the same techniques I get different results. Would like to understand this. Answers are welcome.

Well you didn't really give enough information for anyone to have any idea what's going on with your results. I think whether you want multiple accounts is largely related to what you're trying to accomplish. If your goal is some kind of branding or building a presence, you'd probably stick with one account. Or use one main account followed by some other smaller accounts. If you're using more direct marketing techniques, you'll definitely want multiples.
