wordpress review page..how?

Hi all, I already have a great wp theme, but would like to add on a review page with testimonials about some products in my niche. Is there a way to add on just a single review page with ratings, comments, etc.? I saw the wp review site package at $97, but I'd rather get something cheaper if there is a way. Thanks!
