Is it possible to go back and fill in the holes?

If I knew a year ago what I know now.....
I've learned that I did too much too fast and as a result I have haphazard results.

I want to follow the model of linking my EZA articles, my website content, blog and Squidoo lens by keywords.

Right now I have about 70 articles on EZA in a certain niche. (high search/low competition keywords)
I have about 20 articles on my website that are keyword linked to EZA articles.
I have about another 60 articles on my website that are just for content.
I also have a blog with about 10 linked posts.

Is it worth it to me to modify the keywords in my website articles and then link them to my EZA articles?
What about rewriting my EZA articles into website content and linking.
Or have I lost my EZA new article juice? and neither is going to help me get more content pages ranked.

It is not uncommon to see EZA articles decline in rank over time, so that is something to consider here. Have you noticed a change?

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

That's a tough one. You can always try to create new incoming links to those articles with feed submission directories. Other than that, I wouldn't invest too much into it, as you would (in my opinion) do better to invest that energy into new, fresh content creation. If it were me, I would r-create some of that content into video content and backlink to some of it. This gets you new, fresh content, plus, helps you breathe some new life into your hard work.

There are hundreds of ways to do it, but whatever you do, make sure your energy goes to creating new opportunities in new grounds, not fighting previous battles...

    Hi ladyl08

Wow it looks like you have already gone in the right direction. Your ranking should be looking pretty good unless your getting slapped for keyword spamming.

Here is a tool that you can use to check your keyword density. You want to keep it right around 2%

live-keyword-analysis .com-sorry can't give you a live link yet due to forum rules.

I don't know if I would mess with the articles unless the keyword density is to high.

Articles take a while to work their magic and as long as your bio is good they will soon start to bring traffic to your site.

Since it's all about getting more articles and content, I am going to rewrite some articles I already have on EZA, resubmit them and use the older articles as content on my website and blog. I've also done some more keyword research and found 10 more long tail keywords. I will use them in my new articles and link to some of the unlinked articles on website.
