As a Clickbank vendor, can you get in trouble if an affiliate spams?

Hi,

I have an affiliate who want to promote my product to his massive email list of what he says are double opt ins, can a vendor get in trouble if it ends up being spam or is it all on the affiliate?

    If an affiliate does the spamming, you (as the vendor) will not be banned. The affiliate should be banned because of the spamming. For more detail, you can read the ClickBank rules.
