Adword products for site owners

Hi Warriors

All the PPC products I see are all aimed at affiliate marketers, but I want to learn how to use PPC to drive traffic to my own site and keep all of the profit, not just 50% whilst building the site owner's list.

I really don't have a clue about PPC or SEO and want to know which keywords I should be targeting and how much I should be paying for them?

Also what should I as the product owner be doing so that the page has a good quality score with google, so that when I do bid on keywords I won't get slapped or put into the sandbox never to be ranked again.

If you know of any products then please post details and give a proper review of how it helped you promote your own site better.
