How long do you spend on internet marketing per week?

My philosophy is that doing this stuff should be nicer than having a job.


There are so many advantages to this :

There's no timetable or deadlines or set workload, you can work whenever you like, for as long as you like, and take breaks when you want, plan your week however you like
No expensive snacks at lunchtime, vending machines, etc
You can work on anything in particular
There's no boss looking over your shoulder, just associates, partners, affiliates, colleagues, like minded people who respect each other
There's plenty of help and resources online, anything from a simple dictionary search to being able to ask questions on forums, download software etc
You can do it on a budget
You can amuse yourself online when you take breaks
No office politics
No time spent travelling to and from work
No money spent on travel
You work from the comfort of your own home, or in a cafe, library, park, wherever
To some extent you have some control over your income
You can work on projects that you find interesting and are good at, things that you believe in, and you can work any way you want
You get lots of pride and satisfaction when something comes together
There's a lot of prestige in being self employed

etc etc


That's why I love doing this (even though I haven't made a penny yet - donations are welcome).

But how long do you spend on this, or how long do you need to spend on this per day or per week?

The reason why I ask is because as much as I like doing this, I hate the idea of being stuck to my computer all day every day. I'm a bit of a workaholic, and right now I have all the time in the world. But ideally I'd like to keep it down to 20 hours a week. Is this possible?
