SEO Expert back in the game - not sure what to promote

Hi everyone, I have been involved in internet marketing for the last 15 years.

I had stopped for a while after selling all my sites.

I have recently hooked up with someone who is a provider of high quality backlinks and I have got several brick and mortar businesses ranked first page that I don't own.

I want to build a new site of my own but I have no idea what niche to go after.

I would really like to work backwards from an affiliate program that pays very well and is not in most of the mainstream industries. I want to avoid IM offers, etc. Looking for something a little off the beaten trail.

Any ideas? I am even open to building a shop on shopify to sell physical product.

    Seems you are really experience enough.You should not be confuse because as far as I believe that what ever topic you select to build up a site if you can provide quality information that people really need than you will be successful.

    My advise is to go for that niche you are experience enough and you have enough knowledge.If you can be able to help others by sharing your knowledge than it would be your first step of success.

      I do offer my services in the form of a partnership to some brick and mortar companies I have met through my primary business. That end of business is going very well thus far. Considering the SERP success I have been having since I took on these partnerships across the board, I am interested in build a few sites of my own and seeing how they do from scratch. I am not opposed to building an ecommerce site on shopify if need be or if the product is hot enough but I would rather find a few affiliate programs that are outside the "main" niches I see promoted on here a lot. I am not interested in advertising my SEO services on here, as I would prefer to cater to brick and motor clients in that regard. I am looking for something to monetize and then work backwards or perhaps some kind of potential JV. Not really sure yet. The only thing I know right now is that I my methods are achieving great results and I am looking to do more with this power I have again
