How do I post a photo?

I would like to post a photo but am having no success. Perhaps you need 30 posts to do so? I added a photo to my profile, but it does not appear with my posts.

If you mean posting a photo in the forum posts, just do this:

Put the URL to the photo, ( it should already be on a webpage somewhere ) but enclose it in the special tags ( remove the space of course) [img ] [/img ]

Hi Robin,

I see that a photo is showing in your profile. If you want it to show under your name on a post, you have to upload it as an avatar-this area in your control panel is under settings and options, and is distinct from the profile picture-which is only visible when your profile is visited.

Thank you Scott and Kevin. I will try as you advise. I know I like to see a photo when I read a post--makes it more personal, doesn't it?
