Can someone help me find a mentor?

I am looking for someone that Can help with with on and off page SEO. That is where I am focusing at the moment. I have read plenty of books and taken courses, but I need some guidance on where my time is best spent at this point and some pointers from real experience. I am looking for someone who can answer questions and chat or email me once a week and give me advice as to where I should spend my time. I only do this part time right now, so it shouldn't require too much time for them.
I don't want to just go out there and trust anyone who says that they can help, so I'm looking for recommendation unless you offer a trial period so I know you are legit. I am also not looking to spend and arm and a leg, but also know that It has to be worth your time. If anyone could let me know who you have used in the past and recommend, I would be greatly appreciative.
