Site Flipping,need a definitive guide.

I have read the newbie sticky by Ebbi,its fantastic,but the link for the niche I'm most interested in,site flipping,is not working for me.
Can anyone suggest a definitive Site Flipping guide,paid or free that includes step by step instructions with videos or screen shots?

As I read on a bunch of site flip ebooks I got the same basic technique from them. If you want to know the collection I've, PM me. Here at a glance the point I got. Pick a niche you enjoy, and write about it almost daily for a month or two (Wordpress is what I recommend). Make sure your content is actually of a high quality, and do some promotion of the site. How to promote? I recommend directory submissions as the first method. Always choose free ones, and remember that spending 10-15 minutes per day submitting to 3 directories will give you almost 100 links after just 1 month. Also, submit your articles to Digg. These will get them indexed fast and given a few rankings.

This is a simple strategy. Pick a niche, write informative content on it, promote the site to where it gets around 15 unique visitors per day, and after awhile it will most likely get a PR2-PR4 update. You now have a site worth $250-$350 depending on the buyer. The only thing I have to stress here is that your site looks good. Get rid of spelling errors, and get a good theme! If you don't have a nice Wordpress theme your site value really drops. You can buy one, or take the time online to find a nice theme that'll fit your site. It is all about presentation.

So that basically entails method 1 of flipping sites. Build them yourself, write a lot of good content, get a good looking theme, submit to a few directories per day, submit your articles to Digg, and then sell once you get a PageRank. It's the easiest few hundred dollars you'll ever make. And remember, sell on SitePoint. It might cost $10, but you'll make so much more than if you sold it just on Digital Point.
