I'm not going to go through all the methods and paths you can go down etc as
all that has already been covered in prior comments.

From my own personal experiences I would say that once you TAKE ACTION
and build your first list and start sending emails out to your new subscribers...

...FROM DAY 1.

YOU WILL find what works for you and you will get better at email marketing.

There is NO 1 RULE for email marketing.

You can listen to another 1000 opinions but you won't be any closer to finding
your answer until you start building your own list and start communicating with it.

THAT'S IT!

If you don't have any money to invest into paid traffic use some FREE methods to
get your first subscribers onto that list.

At least you can then get some experience at finding YOUR own place in email
marketing and you can then look at your results and assess where you need to go
from there on in.

but then haven't even bothered to take action on what they've learned.
