How do you create a sub-domain?

Hi, how do you create a sub-domain, as I want to create several sales pages?

I'm struggling to do so on GoDaddy.

Secondly, how do you link a sales page to your website?

    Here is a tutorial video.
    Also, you will simply create a new page on your website that will be the sales page. You can then link to it from any other page.

      Hi Brian, thank you for the reply, but I already saw this video and I think it's outdated, as the displays and tabs differs from the real thing.

      Regarding the sales pages; I got templates in css which I don't know how to incorporate into a website. Sorry, but this is my first attempt. I can get someone to do this, but really want to learn.
