Is there a software out there that does this?

What do you suggest when trying to find businesses, especially new ones that don't already have a web site and want to market your services and grow it into a large company?

    I'd just say contact businesses who don't have a website and are reasonably big. Like, go into local shops and ask them about it - see if you can speak to their manager/owner.

    I'm going to share this with you because I am not and have no interest in becoming your competitor. Take a look inside online phonebooks that allow business to also list their websites. If you find a business listed without a link to their website, they are probably potential customers. Give them a call!

    The best shot is to find people online who ask the question of "where to find a web designer". Even better the online communities where more people will ask the same question.

    Use the SRDS, and come up with a targeted list of business owners that are looking for something in particular based on what they've bought before. I don't recommend a list broking agency. Go directly to the list owner.

      I think word of mouth works best. I get phone calls all the time from business owners who got my number from other business owners, it's great
