Question about promoting clickbank products to your list

When I send an email to my list with a clickbank product, I notice in my test email accounts that are subscribed to the list, Gmail will put all the emails with clickbank links in the spam folder. How does one get around this. Should I send them to a presale page, then have them click through on the link from the presale page?

    Why not use a link cloaker? Then you can even track such things as clicks. If you use wordpress, prettylink is a simple link cloaker.

    Also good to use your own domain, in case you need to change links in the future.
