UnBlockable Popups On Wordpress?

Im wondering what plugin's or javascript code you use to enable a pop-up on your website? The scheduled popup plugin never seems to work on my wordpress even with WP Super Cache disabled!

I'm also asking if anyone is kind enough to provide me with the necessary code to have a floating bottom banner which I can use to increase my optins.

Is there truly such a thing as an unblockable popup?
I NEVER get popups anymore and I am using Google Chrome.

WARNING though, to activate it you need to sign up to a newsletter and I've heard they guy is the pushy sales-emailer type. Your call.

Yup, you gotta be prepared to get 2-3 emails a day for the privilege of using the MaxBlogPress pop-up plug-in. It's quite nifty if rather basic but it does the job.

Yeah i've just tested it out and a bit 2 basic to be honest! I may have to purchase one that does what i need!!
