So I have just about finished my micro job site for on and offline jobs. How in the world do I get people to start posting their jobz on there?

    You could put your Micro Job site in your WF signature. Should get some traffic at least.

    You may also advertise on related forums and perhaps go to LinkedIn and contact companies or businesses there to post jobs on your site
