Looking for a WP link rotator - send me your AFF link

hope the almighty resource known as the WF can help me out. I'm starting into list building and need a Wordpress link rotator plugin. It should be capable of doing the following
I don't mind spending money so if you have an aff link for me that would be fine with me.

hope the almighty resource known as the WF can help me out. I'm starting into list building and need a Wordpress link rotator plugin. It should be capable of doing the following
- unlimited number of URL's
- grouping
- once an URL hits a max number which I can enter, the script disables this URL and the following clicks go to the next URL in that group
- (optional) geo-target clicks -> I want to be able to send US clicks to URL1 and all other clicks to URL2
- hit counter
I don't mind spending money so if you have an aff link for me that would be fine with me.
