I need help with a Backend Offer!!! HELP!

Hi warriors, I'm about to launch my first CB product, but I need some help, I have almost everything ready, the site with sales page is in place as well as the thank you page and everything well almost, I already have my backend offer ready but I'm not very sure how to setup that one, shall I offer customer the backend offer ....when? or where? and how do I setup this offer? before the download page or how? thanks in advance, it is a bit confusing right now.

    Hi! Thanks for responding, no I'm trying to make a second sale, once the first one is completed, so this means that only people that have already purchased will be able to see this offer, but I don't know exactly where to put it or how.... If I add it for example in a different folder, ie: www.mymainproduct.com/specialoffer and I offer it maybe via email after the customer has already purchased, will the affiliate that generated the sale be credited for this one? That's my main concern.

    If you use a script like the $7 script or Rapid Action Profits you can do this quite a number of different ways - and get sign ups to your list, and use it for your affiliates.

    A quick search of Google will give you the sites.

    Don't know about RAP, the $7 script won't but it will work with Paypal and your affiliates are paid immediately straight into their Paypal account - which makes it very popular with many. I take it the affiliate system is the reason for wanting to use CB?

    There's a lot of detail in the product and a quick explanation here won't do it justice. You need to check out the websites.

      Nick - I do two things within CB guidelines that might work for you.

      First, I put an opt-in at the top of the download page so I can get them on a list.

      After providing product links (on the DL page), I make another offer.

        Your return page from PayPal, make it the OTO.

        At the top make sure to let your customers know they can scroll to the bottom to download the first product.

        Then if they order the upsell, you redirect them to a page with all the downloads.

    First question is are you approved by CB?

    Myself I have a simple php/mysql script that works off of ip ( also have it in cookie flavour) that will load the back offer then if they see it from then on loads the download page. Very easy to use and effective.
    I only add it in after approval of course

    and the information about the opt in is priceless. ALWAYS give them an opt in form on the thanks page.
