What is the best software to find blogs to comment on?

Is it comment kahuna or is there better?

Comment Kahuna is a great tool, but I also use Google Blog search to find relevant blogs in my niche (http://blogsearch.google.com.If you are an internet marketer you will also find the Internet Marketing Top Blogs list very useful, it can be found at Internet Marketing Top Blogs at Winning the Web

Yep.It is all do follow blogs.

two good tools which I've found are comment kahuna and comment hut.
