Making my lightbox hover opt-in form BEAUTIFUL

Hi all,

So I'm in the process of figuring out what *else* I an outsource on Elance since I'm loving the results so far (I hired people for affiliate recruitment and for backlinking).

I think my lightbox hover opt-in form is ugly. I created it using Aweber's editor. It's not a disaster but I am jealous of all the beautiful graphical opt-in boxes I see.

I want to keep the lightbox feature (increases opt-in) but I want it to look "prettier" for lack of a better term.

My concern is that there does not appear to be any way to take TOTAL CONTROL over the HTML code in a lightbox on aweber. You can for inline forms, but not lightbox/popup, etc.

Do any of you have hints/suggestions? Googling was fruitless. I learned very little.

I've posted the job to elance. No bids yet (only been a few hours) but I'll come back and show you guys/gals the results of my learnings.
