New header design from Fiverr - question

Hi, newbie here. I have taken action and set up a website - only 3 articles so far.
I ordered a website header from Fiverr which turned out great. But on the 2012 theme which I like, the header appears under the menu, and there is white space above the menu. I think that looks stupid, because I would like the header at the TOP of the home page.
I did a google search, and the only way to change that is with HTML (I have zero technical skills). The other themes in my dashboard also place the header under the menu (!!).
Can someone please recommend another free WP theme where the header will appear at the top of the page, above the menu?

    I think your premise is wrong. You can probably get rid of that white space with css alone. Changing themes doesn't solve your problem (that you don't speak the language). Maybe hire someone to change your css file. Its pretty much a $10 job, and then look at what they changed. Theen build a site just to fool around with. Use Firebug (firefox extension and mess around with css settings on various items so you can learn.

    Yes this can be changed with a quick fix to the css. Hire someone to change it and ask them to show you the changes. This way you will learn what to do for next time. Changing your theme wont solve problem may even create more problems.
