How to get high quality backlinks?

Hi Masterqif there are many ways to get high quality back links. Can you be more explicit on what you want the backlinks for? If its just to rank your site higher in the SERPs thats great however whats your conversion strategy once the lead lands on your page.

I often spend 30 minutes with clients going through what their desired end result is - e.g. more sales, more leads, more traffic etc

Its pretty easy to get a ton of traffic to go to any site - free and paid however what do you want the prospective lead to do once they arrive. The quickest way to sure fire back links is build them yourself. My team build 3 - 5 layers of links using a proven strategy. I noticed someone published Fiverr as a response - all good and well if you want a slap from google and are unable to track and control the source of the link.

few questions of you:

Do you know you current site link structure? do you know what links currently generate you the most trraffic? Do you know the location of your best traffic source?

Will you please suggest proven strategy for building 3-5 layer of links? We have been building links through blogs and yet our site keeps falling down.
