What is the best way to build a list

I was told so many different angles on building a list that I would like some clear direction.

I have heard buying solo ads are the easiest and best way to build a list. I heard ppc ads are the way to go. Social media, blogging, free giveaways, guest blogging. AHHHH!!!

I heard that "solo ad academy" is a really good course on building a list as well as starting a solo ads business. What should I do or at least first. My Budget is tight right now.

I am using imsc rapid mailer wordpress plugin right now for my autoresponder which is using my hosted email address. It works good and gets through the spam filters. Ok thats all. Help please.

    Hey Rick,

    It's true, all of those things are great ways to build a list.

    PPC, Facebook, Google, Solos... they all work.

    Are you looking to do paid advertising and/or free?

    If you can do paid, then a great place to start might be solos or Facebook PPC... but this also depends on what niche you're in.

    If you're in the MMO niche, then solos are good and with Facebook, you just need to come up with a different angle.

    But these are all just traffic sources. They're great for building lists, but if your systems and processes of monetization aren't effective, you won't be making the best use of said traffic sources.

    My bet are on solo ads and it's why i'm all over that now

    i will not do free stuff because i want to make sure that peoples on my liste are the one that pay money, the "free stuff watcher"

    I look over solo academy and seems solid.

    I think aweber is the best choice for the autoresponder.
