Making money with lead generation sites

Hi guys,
Been having quite a bit of success with creating, ranking and leasing lead gen sites out in building and construction niches. Strong seo has been the major part of the success now I am looking at different ways to generate leads without having to rely on seo.

I was wondering if anyone has had success with a ppc traffic driving strategy and getting a % Cut out of the jobs landed from the site. I.e spending 500/month on ppc and getting a $1500 return in job commissions.

Yes I am aware of all the setbacks of this strategy I.e hard to track, having someone trustworthy etc the list goes on. I am also aware that it will only be profitable in certain niches.

I really just want to hear from someone who has done and made money from this successfully and if they can shed any tips they have learnt.

I am really trying to not put all my eggs in the seo basket here!

    First off, Congratulations on the success so far, and here's wishing that You experience exponential success going forward.

    Can you please share your method of the whole process - right from creating the sites to ranking them (i.e. SEO)? How do you contact your prospects and how do you close the deals? How do you bill them or how do they pay you?

    You're better off in the offline forum.

    If you are already selling the leads and getting a commission, then you shouldn't have to worry about that. You should also know how good your leads are, and how much you are charging for them.

    CPC is going to be trickier because you are competing with national companies. You're going to be paying anywhere from $1 - $10 per click. So you better have a tight, high converting funnel.
