Default Virtual assistants?

Hey,

Back and looking for some VA's--anyone out there recommend one again? Going to start an army soon, I really need to consolidate my projects

Thanks

Google for
"odesk," best site out there in my opinion.

Go there, sign up, post a job, and pick from all the applicants. You're bound to get at least 30 application or more in a week or so.

Post an ad on Craigslist. I always get a ton of responses.

Depending on what tasks you are hiring out, you can also outsource overseas and get a full-time person for less than $500/month. Replacemyself.com has a lot of good info about doing that.

I second Odesk. I've been using it exclusively for several months now. You'll pay a little more for the VA's on Odesk, but you'll also get better workers. I'm a huge fan of Odesk.

And for what it's worth, I've tried Craigslist too but compared to Odesk, it was a nightmare!

I know a couple of va's in the higher price range. I have also done a lot of administrative work, what type of projects do you need done?

I am in the process of using Odesk to find 1 or 2 virtual assistants to help me with link building, article spinning/submission and wordpress site creation.

On Odesk I have gotten some offers but most of the providers written english is very broken. Not sure how much this matters but when it comes to articles and websites I think it could make a difference

Anyone recommend any good virtual assistants. I can provide work 4-8 hours a day depending on skill level 5 days a week.

Really depends on how much you pay for the VAs. If you offer cheap rates, then be prepared by the quality of VA's you get for that rate.

You can also check out Assist U and the International Association of Virtual Assistants. I haven't used them, but they've been recommended to me by people I trust.

1. International Association of Virtual Office Assistants, Virtual Assistance
2. AssistU: Virtual Assistance information and referrals, and Virtual Assistants training.

Hope that helps!
