Could someone suggest improvements on my 'Affiliate Tools' page?

Hello all
I have finished redesigning my first affiliate website using the $7 Secret script.

Since the script itself dosent have an affiliate tools page programmedinto it, I programmed my own:

(fake paypal email and name)
Viral Twitter Treasure | Affiliates earn instant 65% Viral Commissions

One thing that I have been bugging about though, whether or not the potential affiliate would think that the page is some sort of optin form
Viral Twitter Treasure | Affiliates earn instant 65% Viral Commissions
Since the tools don't actually generate until they type their details in.

Should I keep it as is, or should I have all the tools appear anyway?

    I had a look at the affiliate page in Firefox, did you know that the formatting is off and the majority of the page ends up with a black background?

    It looks ok in IE.

    It also formats poorly in Chrome and Safari as well - it's better in Opera and IE.

    OK I am stuck with IE on this computer, but I did find that I had a missed a </div> and a tweaked a couple css rules. So if a Firefox or Safari user could refresh the page for me Ild really appreciate it;

    I used browsershots.org to check it from other browsers and notabily I saw that the center column background image stopped about 400px down the page, which is odd since I have it set to repeat-y, but they have a limit on the number of screenshot requests you can do in a single day.
