How to track clicks on cloaked affiliate links in youtube description?

I finally got around to making some videos for an affiliate campaign. The goal is to have them send quality traffic to a salespage. I'm targeting the same keywords as with my affiliate site. I want to have more properties on the first page of google.

My set up is this.
- 5 Videos uploaded to youtube
- in video descriptions are cloaked affiliate links: www.mydomain.com/prettyurl
- mydomain.com is a self-hosted wordpress site

My questions:
- How can I track clicks on these cloaked urls to see which video performs best?
- Is there a way to split test? The service I'm promoting has 3 different landingpages. I want to test all three of them to see which of the sales pages performs best with my traffic.

Thanks in advance!

If you use the "Pretty Link" wordpress plug-in, it will track the clicks to all the links you create there. The lite version is free.

You could create a "Pretty Link" url for every video and keep track of which ones are getting clicks. It's super easy to use.

    Hope that helps.

    Use the google url shortener.

It tracks clicks and it's free.

You can also use leadsleap. It's also free and allows you to put an extra add at the top of our page.

Thanks for the tips. I decided to go with pretty link pro. It's easy to cloak links, track clicks and lets me splittest in multiple ways.
