How To Have a Squeeze Page & a Posts Page With a Signup Form?

this has been driving me loopy the last few days.
I make new content everyday and so when I send my posts to reddit, delicious etc I want them to click my link and read my post.
This was fine, but then I created a squeeze page giving away a free e-book to get people on a list.I
This meant I needed to find a solution where I could post content whilst still having a sign up form so I could post content and still give people the opportunity to signup.
So what I did was is I created another squeeze page where I could post my content and still have a sign up form.
The problem is now when I create a new post and link them to my new squeeze page it has old content at the front.
I'd have to delete the posts each day to keep them up to date as the first post people would see.
What can I do?
