I wish i could reveal some super crazy secret but all i really did was instead of redirecting visitors right to the merchant sales page i started sending visitors to a really basic review page and drove traffic to it with articles and social sites.

I actually thought my review page sucked but it has converted around 5% with targeted traffic so it must be doing something right.

My best day so far is US$1,100
Other days were a few hundreds dollar per day...almost everyday

By the way I found this hot poduct by using Google Insights.
So it is not a secret at all.

If you pre-sell the product you'll likely make more sales. Direct linking won't help conversions half as well.

Keep expanding too. If you can keep a steady $100/day in once niche, go chase $100/day in another. Then another. Then we may be seeing a first $500/day thread

yes i got a review copy and its a good product. I have no opt in but it is on my list of things to do. I was thinking of one of the ones that comes up on the bottom of the screen instead of a drop down box.

I am at $103.78 for today!!!

I also think that its the way i have been writing my resource boxes for my articles. I have my CTR for my articles up over 25% now and the resource box kind of leads them to the page. I will write a post about it soon.

Congrats it looks like you are on a roll. The hardest thing to do in clickbank is make that first hundred dollars and you have done it 2 days in a row now. You should be very excited and be trying to keep the cash flowing by tring many forms of marketing like adwords and article marketing.

Keep going until you are making at least $100 a day everyday.

i have roughly 200 aticles at ezinearticles driving traffic plus some at other directories. But the main action has come from my four most recent articles that ihave been building links to get them up in the rankings. So far it seems tobe paying off. One article in particular is driving the bulk of the sales so i am concentrating pn promoting that one for awhile.

all it cost me to make the money was a big fat zero!!! I do all free promotion and zero PPC. Looking at another $100 today 92.74 from CB and 7 from a instant paypal commission product!

I am using angelas backlinks,blog comments and the other basic methods of building links and a one or two methods i came up with on my own that am keeping quiet for now.

yes some of angelas methods some of my own and some tried and tested methods. The conversion is really good 21 sales in 741 hops and one refund today, but this product has about a 4% refund rate for me for the last six months.

my article CTRS are around 25-27%

i write all my own articles, what i do is i write about a problem in the niche and offer the product a a solution. I write the resource box as part of the article but write it as to want them to click through and see how they can benefit from what i am talking about. I am going to blog about it soon, when i have the time!

Hi!

Where did you get that email? I started selling clickbank products just last month and to date has sold 4 products already.

I don't even have a review page, all I did was to promote using my traffic techniques and I did it. Although without a review page I'm seeing 1k plus hops without conversion on some "super" affiliate products but still I was able to sell.

But then maybe I'm with the lucky ones...

Or maybe you're one of the ones that just took action (good start by the way). Don't know how true the figures are, but I reckon the vast majority who join Clickbank don't ever take serious action and give up at the first hurdle.

Yes, it´s true. Many people sign up somwhere and never do anything. But that´s actually not what surprised me. Everybody is talking about Clickbank, there high commissions and so on. I expected at least a few ten thousand people to make a living or even getting quite wealthy.
But only 1,100 people are said to make a living from Clickbank. What does this mean? That Clickbank products don´t sell or that there is not as much competition than expected and one can still get rich? (the email promoted Clickbank Code. At least I think that was it´s name)

I think I better do not reveal the name of the newsletter guy.
If you are successfull I´m happy for you. May be the newsletter is full of crap, only a sales trick to sell Clickbank Code. When I read this thread it reminded me of this newsletter, so I posted it.
Nevertheless I have my own thoughts about Clikbank. Clickbank has thousands of products. But most is stuff that does not sell and has hardly any gravity. How many high gravity/succesfull products are there? How many Clickbank affiliates are there in- and outside of the US? Are these successfull products enough to make lots of money for many thousand affiliates? How many Keywords are there for these products? If someone sells a few thousands of PPC Clickbank blueprint ebooks, is there enough room in "keyword land" for all of them to make money? I expect successfull PPC marketers have lots of campaigns with thousands of keywords and there is only limited space for Adwords ads. Where will all these thousands of buyers advertise?

These are just some thoughts of mine. I never made money from Clickbank, but this could be my own fault since I did not put much effort in it.

Any one vendor can pump up his/her CB product gravity by promoting via his/her own affiliate IDs.

Sales being made from mass email blasting/spamming also contributed to the gravity count.

Therefore, use it (i.e. gravity count) at your own risk.

By the way, I've just made my today's 1st CB sale ($100+) through google SERP, and the serach term used by this buyer was a 14-word long phrase.

The key is, find a BIG hot niche (the bigger the better) that have A LOT of really...really HUNGRY FOLKS (that you can make at least 1 sale in every 10 clicks)

Also to remember that the amount of time & efford spent on promoting a $10 ebook or another $500 training course is not that much different.

Keyword sarturation doesn't exist as far as I know.

For years Clickbank related ebook sellers focus on telling you how to "kill" your competition. "Kill or be killed", Scalp your competition alive and so on. Meaning there is not enough for everyone. You have to kill to stay alive. I want what´s yours have, or I have nothing.

Isn´t the Clickbank industry just producing losers? Assume I want to make money and I see people selling ebooks and getting rich. I might think I can do this too. I rehash some stuff, giving it a new angle, let a talented guy create my salespage and here I go. In order to sell much I need a seducing offer. What´s better than Clickbank? Commissions up to 75%. People think: If I only sell 1 $97 ebook a day I make a living. It all seems easy and uncomplicated. Easy to understand for everybody. That´s why so many people sell Clickbank affiliate ebooks. Teaching people how to digg gold where there is no gold to be found. So, many, many people try to make money with clickbank. Much too many for all to succeed. Even if they do their best. Yes, you can try to be one of the lucky ones, who finds a golden niche. But there aren´t enough for everyone. So this kind of ebooks, this industry, produces large amounts of losers. In spite of them knowing that there are already too many (the reason why you have to kill your competition) they keep making even more.

Yes, with APX this sales methods were born. But this insinuates people knew already years ago what the problem is: Too much competition.

Captivereef seemed to have found the way to succeed. Of course it is still possible. Clickbank is selling a lot of products and if you are smart you can get your share.

But isn´t it easier to do something else. I make Amazon mini sites. I just put an astore on the homepage and some content for ranking purposes and I have, so far this month, a conversion of 2.89%. No pre sell text (I´m not good in these things anyway), no list or whatever. People land on the page, see the astore products and click on them. You just need targeted visitors. Amazon pays less (unless one promotes expensive products which can also pay $ 50 or more) but I think in general it´s easier to sell this stuff.

I don´t want to discourage anybody to try Clickbank. I even may be wrong. I´m actually a pessimist. These are just the things that go through my head.

That's a really good idea, but how do you promote these minisites?
Via PPC, SEO or bum marketing?

Me too have an Amazon minisite, but I haven't do anytrhing on it.
I think the main problem with promoting Amazon products is that the payout is too low and as a result it is not easy to achieve the results (i.e. $100/day) like that of captivereef.

What about USFreeAds, can anybody comment on it effectiveness please?

I think that with CB products the sky is the limit, i am looking at ways to advertise my site offline and drive people to my offer. I think that some smaller community newspapers would work well for this, ads in those are really cheap.

I started doing mini sites with IPK. But I never did the exact formula. The only thing my mini sites have in common with the OPK formula are the OPSEO tactics. I make this sites for not too competitive keywords and make backlinks. Articles, bookmarking, web directories and blog comments. Usually it works and I get to the first page. Nevertheless you need many sites for $100 a day. I hope I´ll make a 250 Euro (my sites are not in the US) this month. I´m now at 170 Euro. I´m just finishing a new mini site. I think I need at least 10 times more than I have now to make a 100 a day. It´s all not easy and a lot of work. So, although it works and I earn something, I´m still looking for an easy way out. If easy ways actually exist.

Yes, the sky may be the limit. But whatever one sells one needs traffic. And generating traffic is a horrible job. Has anyone ever tried to get easy traffic by buying backlinks? If you had a website on a 100.000 visitors keyword? This would probably be at least a $100 a day. And could be cheaper than advertising.

I wish you luck with the newspaper idea. May be you are lucky.

Congratulations on your $100 plus days. You certainly worked hard enough writing all those articles yourself. I was a little overwhelmed at first with the number of articles produced.

I have just a couple of questions. First, in your summary Bum Marketing Plan you state that you find 30 non-competitive keywords for your product. What is the minimum volume for these keywords? (Low competitive keywords tend to have low search volumes.) Please distinguish between exact and broad if you use the google keyword external tool.

Second, how many niches did it take to reach the $100 plus days. It sounds like we are discussing one niche here in this thread, but I would like to clarify this point. Any response to these questions, I would be grateful, thanks.

I have a few different niches not just one, about 3-5. All in all i have 638 articles pointing at the sites from ezinearticles plus rewrites at other directories.

How i do my keyword research I keep to myself although its not as complicated as you may think! I am not concerned with with monthly volume, in fact for most of my keywords I do not even check the search volume as much as the overall competition!

All i can really say is look for keywords that are problem keywords like "how can i fix" "how do i" These are poeple looking for a solution as opposed to general keywords like "weight loss".

I look for products that i know people need and are willing to spend money. No real science behind it. Put the product up for sale and see what happens.

I will give you one clue about my niche, new moms are good buyers.

I read somewhere in the posts that you got banned from Adsense. I was wondering if it was because you were following the steps in your (My $1000 Per Month Adsense Strategy Revealed) that got you banned?

I got banned from adsense from using thinly made sites full of nothing but PLR, got greedy and got banned.

Driving targeted traffic from article marketing should not get you banned.

I have written 3 articles a day to ezine since the last 10 days and send the traffic to a review site from nichereviewtemplates. I only added 7 more reviews (original 3 reviews and 10 articels).

I tried the conduit/review. Now I got 680 visitors since 18.6 and 86 hops to different products (Cb products on Golfing). Only 1 sale.

Pretty poor conversion. Only a few hops.
What is your experience, is a one page review better than a bigger conduit style site. A lot of people say it is better to have a bigger review site to get more organic traffic but does it convert?

I am thiniking of sending the traffic from my articles to a one page review site. What is the better way? I am a bit confused what to do. I am working on a 30 day newbie workbook I purchased from a warrior. It is very good but I think I stuck on my landing page.

i actually had about 4 days in a row followed by some 75 and 85 dollar days. Strangely it has fallen off the last few days but i am sure it will pick back up. After all i am not some million dollar guru so a slow down is probably normal and i cannot let it get me down!

Using proven methods that work and doing them consistently, i wish there was a super double secret plan but working consistently is what does it. It did for me anyway.

One thing i do is work on my lunch hour at work to maximize my time. Even if i can only get out one or two articles a day in that time thats an extra 5-10 articles per week or 260-520 articles per year.

Its all pretty much profit, i do not use pay per click just article marketing,link building and blog posting. I have been outsourcing some articles but that expense in minimal.
