Are Banned members evil?

Been trying to search the site to discover the reasons a member would be banned... Can anyone point me to a link that explains it?

I need to know whether they are scammers, spammers, or just annoying people Because if they are scammers or spammers, I'll avoid doing business with them-- but if they are simply annoying, I won't hold that against them.

    A person can be banned for any number of reasons. It is most commonly done because of rules being broken in a serious or repeated way. It does NOT necessarily mean anything about their character or ethics.
