There's a limit on how many times you can use it within a certain period of time (I think it's 24 hours)...

Yes. You can "thank" 20 times a day, but it's updated hourly, I think. When I run out of "thanks" I see the button again an hour or two later, and can then "thank" one or two more (depending on how many posts I "thanked" and at what times the day before, which in turn often depends on whether John McCabe was posting).

I just gave you a Thanks because I don't think ANYONE should be without a Thank You button!

Hay Buddy,

I think you have been too Happy with the Thank you button as I still have it! Give it 24hours and the button will be back!

I didn't even know there was a limit on how many times we can use the Thank You button. Glad I'm now aware of this. I'm trying to get into the habit of thanking people who post good stuff (or who I generally agree with).

So that explains it! I always try to thank someone when I download (and am impressed by) their free report, etc., from the War Room, but apparently the cosmos has other plans.

I don't know, I can understand not wanting to undervalue the thanks button by using it too much, but 20 seems very limiting. I guess they weren't counting on poor souls like me that wander in after prolonged absences and go on wild midnight downloading sprees.
