Best Webinar Event Software

What is the current "best" webinar event software?

I looked around a lot before I settled on what I thought was the best, and what appeared like the most solid. I waited a year or so before I started implementing it, and now that I have, I am in the middle of a learning curve.

Unfortunately, I find video tutorials clumsy in that you cannot search for a particular topic as they do not have an index, much less a searchable index, like a document or a PDF would have. And, that is what I am facing, trying to find out how to do what and having difficulty finding the answer, and getting an answer from tech support, whom I appear to have imposed on, as the comment was that I have "opened a lot of support tickets."

If I can't find the answer, I ask.

So, feeling like the software developer or their staff may be leaving me out to hang, I'm looking to see what alternatives there are, especially as I was preparing to start promoting the software.

Which is why I am asking, what is the 'best' webinar marketing script on the market, and, does it have written documentation, or is it all video?
