Problem with sign up form and Opt in. picture attached

Hi
I have the autoresponde: "imnicamail", and i try build a sign up form with it,
and now when i try to insert name and mail in the opt in form, i get this message:

"Invalid Email Address
Please return back and check your email address. It is invalid"

can you help me understand why i get it and how i can fix it.

    It would appear the email address you are entering is invalid. That means either in an invalid format or one that they think is likely a spam email address. Either that or you have not setup your form code correctly so it's not seeing the email address entered into the box. Hard to tell what the cause is from only the information you have given.
