Warriors - Who knows about fresh-weather.com?

I'm getting tons of referrals to one of my sites from this site. It looks to be some kind of search engine or hijacker. It looks suspicious to me because the visitors from their referrals have a click through rate on my affiliate links of close to 100%! Their visits last from 6-12 seconds, and I can see the clicks on my affiliate programs. The increased CTR has not translated into any increase in commissions. That says to me they are being hijacked in some way, although if the clicks are being tracked, I am unsure how it is being done.

Does anyone know anything about this? Any help would be great.
