I saw some bros here mention about Amazon from different countries..
there are USA , UK , etc

now my site a bit improved..I try my best to promote my site...
daily can get 200 to 400 visitors...

but irony no sales....

my niche mixture of popular...( very competitive ) and ( low competitive ) ones..

I was curious ....confuse..."perhaps some buyers from asia or uk buy ) but it redirect to their country amazon ...and buy for there..?

as I using USA amazon tag

You have to register an Amazon affiliate account for each country separately and then redirect the visitors to the specific link. For example, when I as a German come to your site you want to show me the link for the product on amazon.de. An American should get amazon.com etc. To do that, you have to register for an associate account for each country and then use a script that detects the country of the visitor and shows the corresponding link. If you are using WordPress, you can use plugins like EasyAzon for doing that.

True. Customers from different demographics will jump right away when they see different language.

Yes - they're all separate companies for affiliation purposes, Tal. You can earn commissions only on sales of the national Amazon companies with which you're registered as an affiliate. This is why affiliates use IP-recognition software which automatically directs their visitors to the correct company for their region, so that they don't lose most of the commissions. It's one of the (many) "annoying little things" about being an Amazon affiliate.

ya is annoying ..you have to register ..

but I was thinking is there any plugin can auto redirect them?

aka "force them all go to US amazon site.." instead their own country ones?

because my theme only can use one affiliate tag..
as presently I just want to concentrate just one site

Yes, but I'm not the person to tell you about them, because I'm not a WordPress user.

That will never work, for two reasons: first, they'll notice and not want to pay shipping from the US; secondly, you can't order from Amazon.com any item which is available from Amazon in your own region anyway (and Amazon's site uses IP recognition software and tells people that). I live in the UK and buy from amazon.co.uk. I do have a customer account with amazon.com as well (I suspect that not many people in the UK do) but I can only use it to order things they can't supply here. I think I've only ever used it twice.

Well, one way or another I think you need to change that, if you want to earn any commissions from sales made to the rest of the world apart from America.

hmm I think why i get some sales from my local SG is because here most buyer prefer to buy from US ...

Amazon has separate retail websites/companies for the US, the UK, Canada, Mexico, Gemany (and a separate site for Austria run by the same subsidiary company as Germany), France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Brazil, Japan, China and India (with international shipping from some of those to some other countries, for some products).

I heard and also see reviews ..user mention it does "rob" your up front ..using their tag..aka like a "fee" to use it..beside earning your comission..
