Review Copy Fraud! What I should do?

Hi all, I asked for reviews of my WSO in exchange of a copy of my product and sent copies to few interested warriors. Accidentally I noticed, one of them is selling my product at JVZoo at much higher price!

In this situation, what measure I can take to that person? Anybody with same situation?

      Really you can do nothing.. JV Zoo will ask you for proof that the product is yours..I assume you and the thief will both claim ownership..

      I assure you will not do that again...Whenever you give out a review copy I would suggest have the recipient sign a NO COMPETE contract...Just a simple one will do but it will cover your but with situation like this one you are in now..

      I can tell you for sure the majority of people on this forum offering to do a review on your product would not do this to you..BUT there is always the one bad egg...And I can tell you from experience these bottom feeders are out there...


      I personally would never let my product to be released publicly for reviews ,,Unless I know the select few...

      One solution is to not allow FREE REVIEWS any more..Instead you can launch your own reviews. PAID!! you simply hire someone to do an honest review on your product .Then you post the results online where ever you can..Facebook this forum etc...

      As far as getting your product back..And getting your product back from the people the THIEF sold your product to..NEVER GONNA HAPPEN..

        Presumably, amreen has kept copies of both the request for the review copy and the email with a download link or other access, complete with dates. (You did keep copies, didn't you, amreen?)

        Since those dates would have to be earlier than the date the product appeared on JV Zoo, it should be pretty good proof that amreen is the owner of the product. Add the fact that the alleged thief hasn't charged amreen with stealing the product for his WSO, and...
