Your listing claims the site makes $1550 profit on a 3 month average per month. You sold it for $1501. Something does not make sense at all.

Why in the world would you sell a site for less than 1 months profits?

What am I missing here? You would have made $49 more for that one single month more than what you sold it for. Plus you would double your money in another month.

yep you could of made more and sold it 10x what you probs did if im not mistaken is not have reserve price and just let people bid and you couldnt of stopped it as you need to wait for the flippa listing to finish no way to stop it... you would have to take that... thats why what you could of ... is probz... just get a reserve price. need any help have problems? lets talk

Guys his business model is clearly building the sites and then selling them. Maybe he doesnt want to build and then maintain 70+ sites. Working on a site for a month and then selling it cheap and quick seems like an alright idea to me.

Does making fake income claims about a site also seem alright to you? If a site is making $1,500/mnth and you can prove it, only an idiot would sell it for $1,501.

I reckon if he was faking the income he would at least have 1 negative feedback. I dont want to argue but the guys made more dosh and can prove it than most of the wannabes on here, and I dont see why he's getting called an idiot lol.

I don't think you're in the right to make such claims.

According to my mathematics (mind you, I'm not the best at maths) if he has sold over 70 websites to make $24,500, and it takes roughly one month to make and sell a website, then the money is nothing to brag about. This is assuming he worked on one website solidly over the month. In addition, $24,000 / 70 = less than $500 for the month - meaning this $1501 sale would presumably be one of the largest (if not the largest) sale to be made for a month.

Why is he an idiot? Because it's irrational to sell a website for less than the average monthly income. That being said - I often detest to refer to someone as an idiot.

Conclusively, it can be presumed that the income claims are in fact, false. <-- oxymoron intended

His listings go back 6 years (94 listings in 6 years). He had a sale for $2,500 and one for $2,000 6 years ago and ones for $790 and $850 and $650 4 years ago. One for $720 5 years ago. All the others are below that with the majority being in the low $100 (and less) to $300 range.

He's only had 11 listings in the past year. 2 of them have $5 bids on them and are not yet sold. He made $3,617 in sales in the past year and the $24,500K in 6 years. Now take away Flippa's very high listing fees and success fees, and the figures are lower than that.

I think if you want to start this method, it's best you on't start selling sites who are less than a month old. If you put in some work you can sell 5 sites that make about $100/month each month and sell them for $500+ a piece.

Then you would make $5K instead of $1500.

I've bought enough sites on Flippa to know that just like anything else if it's too good to be true, it is. I've taken a gamble on some sites because they were cheap and they never deliver on their promises (or profit).

There are plenty of gems on Flippa, just make sure you do your research on any sites you plan on buying.

Traffic come from social media promotion, only using free traffic source
Because I add CPA offers that payd $250 per leads, Just need 6 leads to generate $1500 revenue..

I sold my site via Flippa too for $980.

For those questioning the OP about selling a profit-making website, the question is only partially valid.

The website I sold was making a profit too, but I lost interest in the topic I created it on. So I passed it onto someone who WAS passionate about that topic.

The only question that can be asked is - Why on earth did you sell it so cheap?
