I don;t mean to use this as a technical forum, but I have been dealing with this problem for almost a month and can't find an answer. For some reason my Adobe Flash Player for Firefox stopped working. I followed Adobe's instructions and removed the original file. Since then I have tried numerous times to download and install it again, but no matter what I try, I can't install it. After I go to "install it", I get a message to close Firefox which I do, and then do the install. It says the install is completed, but it isn't. Please help as I can't watch flash files anymore. Thanks for your indulgence!! |

Try uninstalling firefox. Also uninstall Flashplayer and the flashplayer plugin for firefox. Then reinstall firefox then reinstall flashplayer plugin for firefox. Yeah it's a pain and who knows why these new browsers sometimes get brain damage over flashplayer 9 but it happens not just with with firefox but IE as well. |
