Plugin or Tool to prevent site from showing on certain IP addresses

INTERNET MARKETING

I need to prevent my site from appearing on certain
countries and IP addresses. Does anyone know of any
plugin or tool that can do this?

i've seen software before that would BLOCK your site from being seen by ip addresses or ip range. It works in conjunction with the .htaccess file if i remember correctly...

Just add these lines to your .htaccess file

order allow,deny
deny from 11.11.11.11
deny from 11.11.12.
allow from all

  Sadly I just tried it but it didn't work. Is there a specific
  place in the .htaccess file I should put this information.

I use WP Ban plugin.

You can also use the IP Deny feature in your hosting control panel.

  You are right. I didn't know you could from your
  hosting control panel. I just found it on my hosting
  control panel - IP Deny Manager - You can add
  single ip or multiple ips. I just did.
