Worth of website for sale on flippa.com

Guys i just kept my blog for sale on flippa.com, but i still havent kept the buy now price, my website has alexa rank of 200,000 and has been maintained flawlessly, can any one suggest what could be the best price i could name it?

    the easiest pricing you can have is: 12x your monthly earnings...

    Trying to sell website with no earning is not easy but still doable if you can describe the potential (in short, you can do the selling).

        I can think of 4 legitimate values that a site could have (in descending order of importance):

        1- Revenue - the more the better and it should be on a consistent basis

        2- Traffic - the more the better, and it also should be consistent

        3- Content - focused on one niche, relevant and original

        4- Domain name - is it a short, memorable, and niche specific dot com?

        If your blog has these values it could be worth buying. If it doesn't you can still sell it, but your gain is going to be minimal.

        Hey steve i just implemented affiliate links last week and earned upto $75 in 3 days, but sure you can add google adsense and make $300 a month with available traffic, if you are interested contact me through my website or pm me
