Just Got A Package From Ezinarticles...And A story.. WOW!

Anyways just though I would share my little excitement and a little story to cheer you on. Cool?

And out of the blue... UPS Priority Mail from EzineArticles.com

1. Two Notepads
2. 1 Mouse pad
3. 1 pen

It's not a biggy, I know but it sure feels good to be recognized for my little effort. Just give me the zeal to write more articles

Ok Now for My Story, What motivated me!

At the start of this year 2009, I had just about 100 Articles live on ezinearticles. I was getting traffic and sales but not a huge amount. Fast forward to 5 months later, now June I have over 1000+ Live articles on EzineArticles.com plus other article directories sending me traffic and sales everyday.

How it started:

One Friday eve, I had about 5 articles approved at around 6 pm. Now you can just imagine how that made me feel! I had my hopes up that I would have all five articles spending a long time on the most recently submitted articles for the whole weekend.

Yes, I thought I would get a ton of traffic and sales.

But then...

I kept refreshing my Author page and realize that my views were not going up by a huge number. So then I went to view my articles to see what the heck was going on.

And to my surprise they were nowhere to be found. One Author occupied all of the most recently submitted articles with 15 articles.

Yes all 15 belonged to one Author...

But I didn't back down! I told myself that was the last time that was happening to me. And you know what?

It was

Sorry to say but now, I am the author who occupies most of the spots most of the time!

So the moral of the story... Never back down from competition. If you want to succeed you will. Just tell yourself that you can and work towards achieving your goal.

I think one of the things to take from your story is this: there is no "magic bullet" or "secret".

You just gotta jump in and get your damn hands dirty, sometimes.

Always take note of what your competition is doing. Then do twice that amount, at twice the quality.

yesacpow, that is great. And I can echo that fact. I am at 850+ live articles and I am seeing sales (and often multiple sales) everyday. And I'm not stopping now!

Yes I do.

Though I wouldn't want too much people signing up for their premium service lol I think it is the best membership you could ever join.

Your articles get approved in less than an hour and you can schedule whenever you want them to go go live!

Well said. I think a lot of people forget that. Many thing just a few clicks and money just rolls into their Paypal, when in fact it's hard work for a good time and THEN the money rolls into the Paypal account.

I am not too sure.

Maybe you have to submit a large amount of articles in a small time frame.

I don't think you have to be a paid member. I have heard lots of other marketers say that they got packages without being a paid member.

Wonder what would have hapened if you would have taken those original 1,000 Articles and put them on your OWN real estate with your own Blog ?? Pinging each Article as you go along !!
