Hello,
My name is Jeff Gardner and I'm the owner of a Network Marketing Company called WealthWorld that went into Pre-Launch in January 2009. We were in the market to hire an old school VP of Marketing, but since our Company is focused more online, it seems to make more sense to find an affiliate manager and teach them network marketing - than an offline MLM "VP of Marketing" - and teach them the Internet. So, I'm wondering: A. Where can you locate good quality affiliate managers? I seem to remember a site online that trained affiliate managers, but that site escapes me and I haven't been able to locate it during my searches. B. What's the average income for an affiliate manager? (We're thinking a smaller amount the first year, but ultimately $80K to $100K per year) C. Do affiliate managers ever work on a percentage of a company's gross profits? For example, this basically ties in their results to their paycheck, which I've always liked. I'd be interested in any feedback or resources you might have available. Thanks! Best, Jeff |

You could get an internet marketer who has a decade of MLM experience, understands the various compensation programs and the objections of individuals averse to mlm...

That's what I'm looking for.
I've already got some feelers out to a few MLM/Internet experts - but many are so busy with their own projects, they don't have the time to dedicate to this. However, if you know of any, send them my way - or let me know if there is anyone in particular you'd recommend. We're looking to work with someone amazing who wants to help us build this up. Thanks! Best, Jeff |

Jeff
Most affiliate managers get a base salary and a percentage of the accounts they help bring in. I know some who are broke and others who make 7 figures. |

Hey Sean,
I replied to your PM. If you don't get it, let me know. I'm interested in talking to you about this. ======= Brad, Thanks for the info. We're doing the same payment plan for our telesales dept (minimum plus commission) - so it makes sense that'd work well for an Affiliate Manager. I like paying for results - and paying A LOT for big results. Thanks! Best, Jeff |

Hey there
Sounds like sean's a strong swimmer ![]() There is an area on this forum specific to a system that is a combination of multi level marketing and using the power of the internet. Plug-In Profit Site Support Forum You should be able to find many more suitable marketers there. |

Interesting.
Yes bringing in an affiliate manager and teaching them MLM is the way to go. Really affiliate marketing is pretty much just like network marketing with a few minor differences. Team-building being one of the big differences. An old school MLMer trying to learn the internet is a spam-bot waiting to happen sometimes lol. From personal experience : ) To the top, -Gregory |
