Speedier Wordpress website creation software

Hi Warriors,

I am looking for software that will create Wordpress affiliate websites in a much speedier manner.I am looking for something in lines of a template/macro style software.I would like the software to create the site and remove all the unwanted posts and pages and do the initial settings for me.Then when I make a second or third website, I can make it the same style/manner as the first.Thus reducing the time to create the website.

My intention is to create 10 or more affiliate sites, and use the software to do the initial setup of the sites, one at a time.I want to use the same format for the sites,but with different information/data and graphics.

Is there something out there in the marketplace or should I get a freelancer to design and build something for me.

There is a way to do it with out building software, I remember working with a product where they showed you how to build the first site then through the cpanel they had a method to upload what you created to a new site. I don't want to miss lead you on how to do it because it was awhile ago and I simply don't remember all the steps, hopefully someone will chime in and show you how.

An easy way to do this would be to simply clone the site...

Setup one site the way you want it with posts removed, add all your legal pages, set the theme + plugin settings, etc. exactly how you want then clone that site across different domains.

There are some free plugins that do this: WordPress › WordPress Duplicator « WordPress Plugins or WordPress › WP Clone by WP Academy « WordPress Plugins

Personally, I would recommend getting Robert Plank and Lance Tamashiro's 'Backup Creator' plugin: Backup Creator

I use a WordPress plugin called "Updraft Plus". The free version is great for making WordPress backups (e.g. to your DropBox account). The paid version has the ability to migrate a whole WordPress website to a different domain (not any easy task) automatically.

The paid version thus allows you to create WordPress sites as samples to your customers, then later move them to your customer's domain and populate them with content. A nice tool.

  Mark H (above) is right and I have done this many times. I use Backup Creator.
  
  Spend some time building your "template" site just how you want it. Anyplace you have narrative, highlight the variable text (like the site name) in red.
  
  Set up all your pages in this manner but don't add posts (unless the niches are similar).
  
  Backup Creator will clone (duplicate) everything to a new domain including the plugins you're using, the admin settings, etc.
  
  Once you have the new site up, it's a simple matter of switching out images, changing the highlighted text, etc.
  
  You don't need special software to do this.
