Help with youtube ?

I had a youtube channel which has two hacking related videos. Someone flagged one video and I got first strike from youtube. After two weeks someone flagged another video and I got second strike and my account is disabled. I got a mail that my youtube account will be suspended for two weeks. Now I cant access the Google Plus page associated with the account. I have a question After two weeks can I get my account back with all the videos? But when I try to open youtube channel It shows my account is permanantly disabled. Can I get my account after two weeks ? Please anyone faced such problems before reply me ....

    If it is permanentely deleted, then forget about it and create new one.
    It does happen time by time, so don't take it hard, create new account there...

    You got your YouTube account suspended for two weeks but its Google + account who is permanently deleted, and without Google + you are not going to access YouTube account.
