Does Anybody Know About This Cool New Opt In Page?

I was signing up for some free business cards and the company pushed an opt-in at me, so i clicked no, and a new opt-in box appeared and begged me to let them send me 1 email and i could always change my mind later after i saw their great deals . How could i do something like that (I mean put one on my website)? What is it called? I'me a newbie so i don't know... Oh the company is called "vistaprint" dot com. Thank you for any advice in the matter.

P.S. - And they tried to make me opt-in on 2 consecutive pages!!

    The cost of their 'free' products is very reasonable and it seems a bit churlish of you to expect them not to ask you to sign up on their list. They will keep sending you promotional emails - maybe two a month - but they give good value so what is the problem?

      You misunderstand Art, i was asking so that i can use a similar opt-in box :rolleyes:, if somebody would explain to me where to get one. :confused:
