How does a solo seller hired people? Do people sell from the bosses list or how does it work? Do they earn a commission or a daily income?

    if you are selling your own solo ads, you'd earn the sales from the ads you sell

    you can also advetise your solo ads on WF in the appropriate section

    They accumulate their leads by giving away something of value in exchange for lead's email. Usually this is done through another Solo Ad Seller, Facebook Traffic or through their blogs.

    Once they collected enough email they will start selling a clicks to people who needs traffic. Usually people will buy depending on how many unique clicks they need. That's how they earn money from it.

    The idea here is pay for traffic to collect and build your email list once then you can send traffic to other people multiple times. Of course by doing this they get unsubscribe, so they have to take into account the cost of lead acquisition and how much they are going to sell the clicks
