  If you are hosting the video on YouTube they have thousands of royalty free tracks.
  
  Just upload a silent video, then go into video manager use the audio button to add whatever tracks you want. (It will say ad free and eligible for monetization)

  I've gotten some great tracks for my videos from http://www.opuzz.com (NOT an affiliate link) for just a few dollars.
  
  They also have some free stuff, but you'll generally find that paying a few bucks results in better stuff.

You can download free a good background music of royalty-free music free. It is free and it is no cost.
It is the background music of my poetry website.

No. Never use a music track from a YouTube video - especially if it's a commercial music track. The owner will more than likely sue your a** for megga money. Record companies will come down you like a ton of bricks. Don't do it!

No - never ever use a random YT track for purposes that do not fall under "Fair Use". But, there are some nice Royalty Free tracks over there. The one we get while uploading the videos. I'm not sure if they are only free to use on Youtube.

There is audio blocks. It is free for seven days - yes seven. I like to use back ground music. It is divided up into each genre. Find what you need such as classical, rock, techno, jazz, or rap. Like this is great for you tube videos and other services. Basically, there are sound effects as well as themes that are max epic. Oh yes, those would be great for an epic movie.

I used Jamendo. They have a huge library of music with vocals, instrumental music in many categories. And almost all are free.

There are tons of vendors out there, but you really have to read the fine print in licensing agreements, if you want to avoid any copyright issues, buy from someone you know.

Get a license agreement so you have it if there is ever any question of the music.

It happened to me one time on Youtube, someone decided they would report my video because it had music they claimed was theirs.

Youtube was getting ready to close my account, but I had a license to the music, when I emailed that into youtube, never had another issue again.

Its good to be prepared in case something unexpected happens.

You may check Bensound, Free Music Downloader or Purple Planet.
FMD has the most music resources among them, Bensound organizes tracks in nice order.
